The language of publication is English. However, papers written in other European Languages with an English abstract are accepted.
Articles that will be sent to this journal should not be published elsewhere, nor be submitted to other journals simultaneously for publication consideration.
This journal does not charge any fees. The content is open and free of charge.
Articles should be submitted as Microsoft Word and be submitted according to the following style guidelines: Paper size 17 x 25 cm; Top/Bottom/Left/Right margins 2.5 cm; Text body Times New Roman, 12 points, 1.5 line spacing, justified; Footnotes Times New Roman, 10 points, 1 line spacing, justified.
All manuscripts must be submitted online through paper@e-journaloflaw.org
Every paper should contain the full address of the author(s): name(s), academic title(s), formal position(s), institutional affiliation(s), ORCID iD(s) and contact details (especially e-mail) must be clearly included with the submission to the editor.
All citations in the text should be numbered in the order of mention in the text and should be listed in full form at the end of the article in an alphabetically organized bibliography.
All papers should use footnotes, not endnotes. Citations should follow the Chicago Citation Style.
Authors should proofread their works before sending them to our Journal.
The accepted similarity (using iThenticate software) must not exceed 10% including footnotes and in-text quotes. We encourage authors to verify this similarity ratio before sending their papers to our journal, as we double-check this for the prevention of plagiarism.
By sending the manuscript to the Journal, all the authors are deemed to have consented to the publication of their works.
All articles submitted are subject to blind peer review. The identity of the author(s) and reviewer(s) will not be revealed to the other party.
The last article accepted for the June issue of our journal is 15 May, and the last article for the December issue is 15 November. Articles that arrive after these dates will be evaluated for the next issue.
Each published issue of the Journal will be uploaded as a PDF file, and each article from the June/2021 issue onward will be assigned a DOI number.
Any responsibility arising from the published articles belongs to the authors.

The E-Journal of Law considers publication ethics as important in the development of a respected field of knowledge. For that reason, this journal is committed to ensuring submissions are in accordance with academic and ethical standards to prevent publication malpractice.

The editorial board of the E-Journal of Law is responsible for deciding which of the submitted articles will be published.
The principle of non-discrimination as to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors is one of the pillars observed by the editorial board when evaluating manuscripts for their intellectual content.
As plagiarism is an indicator of an inadequate-quality journal, or a journal with no quality control system, the Editorial Board considers plagiarism a danger to the academic community and strictly enforces a policy to avoid it at any cost (see item 10 of the Author Guide). If an article is found to have plagiarised other works or included copyrighted material without permission, or with insufficient or incorrect acknowledgement, the Editorial Board reserves the right to retract the article or submit the claim to the author's institution and/or relevant academic bodies.
The Editorial Board is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of all materials submitted to the journal and all communications with reviewers, unless otherwise agreed with the authors and reviewers in question.
Authors must guarantee that the works they submit are original. Works must not have been published before. Previously submitted works are not accepted, and doing so is considered unethical.
All authors should disclose in their manuscripts any financial and personal relationships with other people or institutions that could be regarded as inappropriately influencing their work.
Articles that pass the editor's initial examination are sent to two reviewers, who examine the article and provide a report. Authors may be asked to revise their articles based on the reviewers' reports, or be informed of the rejection or acceptance of their articles.
Reviewers are requested to keep the manuscript they receive as confidential as possible and must never use information accessed through peer review for personal advantage. Reviewers must not share the review or information about the paper with anyone, or contact the authors directly without the editor's prior permission.
A reviewer should be alert to possible ethical issues arising from the paper and should bring them to the editor's attention, including any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under evaluation and any other published paper the reviewer has personal knowledge of.
Reviews should be objective, and personal criticism of the author(s) is inappropriate. Reviewers should consult the editor before agreeing to assess a paper where they have potential conflicts of interest from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors.
